ETB-BISLIFE received a ZonMw-grant for this purpose. On November 4th, 2024 VitalTissue reached an important milestone by signing a cooperation agreement with the first collaborating hospital, Isala.<br \/>\nVitalTissue and Isala\u2019s Department of Surgery are working closely together to ensure that the first deliveries of vital human residual tissues for scientific research to research institutions will take place early 2025.<br \/>\nWith this agreement, VitalTissue guarantees that human residual tissues, which until recently were destroyed after a medical procedure, are obtained and delivered in a reliable and transparent manner.<br \/>\nIn this way, both Isala and VitalTissue contribute to a continuous and diverse supply of high-quality human vital residual tissue for scientific research.
