Recently VitalTissue signed agreements with five scientific research institutions that are going to use human residual tissue: University of applied sciences Utrecht, TNO Health & Work, Wageningen University and Research, Mimetas and Chiron On-Chip Biotechnologies B.V.
VitalTissue is looking forward to a successful collaboration with these end users of human residual tissues. The human residual tissues will be used in scientific research for developing and setting up experimental models that better reflect human biology, contributing to faster development of better medicines and a reduction in animal testing. Requests for human residual tissue by these research institutions are based on feasibility and availability.
VitalTissue has validated its procedures by a series of test deliveries from Isala Hospital to TNO Leiden and Utrecht University of Applied Sciences.
