On May 13th, VitalTissue attended the Stakeholder Event hosted by ZonMw and TPI in The Hague. It was an inspiring and interactive afternoon entirely dedicated to the transition toward more human-centered New Approach Methodologies (NAMs).
Together with the transdisciplinary research consortia AFARA, SAFE, and Valuing Testing, researchers, policymakers, and field experts tackled a crucial question: how can we further accelerate the international acceptance of animal-free test models?
The transition toward animal-free innovation seems to be entering an accelerated phase. To make this global progress truly meaningful, broad stakeholder participation is essential. VitalTissue contributes to this transition by making vital human tissue accessible for research, helping to facilitate the development and practical application of reliable NAMs. VitalTissue draagt aan deze transitie bij door vitaal menselijk weefsel toegankelijk te maken voor onderzoek, waarmee we de ontwikkeling en praktische toepassing van betrouwbare NAM’s helpen faciliteren.
